In case of a cancelation please give us a 24 hour notice. 

Delayed caused by customers will have a $25 fee after 15 minutes. 

Driver has the right to leave premises after a 20 minute delay from customer. 

SUV: $65 usd per hour

Cadillac: $75 usd per hour

Sprinter: $110 usd per hour

Contact information: cell phone number and email address 

All pick up and drop off must be ready 5 minutes ahead of time. 

Provide pickup locations for any transfers and city tours. 

If pickup/drop off location changes notify driver within 30 minutes before pickup/drop-off.
